1. Payment Methods
We support the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Advance / Pre-payment through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, or other MFS services
2. Mandatory Parcel Checking at Delivery
Customers must check the parcel in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.
Please verify the following during parcel checking:
- The product is not damaged
- The product is working properly
- The correct item has been delivered
- All parts and accessories are included
If the product is damaged or not working during delivery check:
- We will replace the product with a new one, or
- Cancel the order on the spot (customer’s choice)
3. If the Customer Does Not Check the Parcel
If the customer accepts the parcel without checking, then:
Only logical mistakes are eligible for return:
- Wrong item (Example: Ordered Tulip Mirror Lamp but received Moon Lamp)
Not eligible for return/refund:
- Damage reported after the delivery man has left
- “Not working” issues reported later
- Missing parts reported later
Once the delivery agent leaves, any damage or defect reported afterwards is not returnable or replaceable.
4. Change of Mind or Order Cancellation
Before courier handover:
Customers may cancel their order for any reason if the product has not yet been handed over to the courier company.
After courier handover:
If the item is already dispatched:
- “Don’t want it anymore”
- “Don’t like it”
- “Changed my mind”
These reasons are not accepted for cancellation or return.
The customer must receive the parcel under COD rules.
5. No Return If Product Matches Description
If the delivered product matches the:
- Photos
- Description
- Specifications
- Color/variant selected by the customer
Then it is not returnable, even if the customer dislikes it after receiving it.
This helps prevent misuse of COD services.
6. Final Terms
By placing an order on our website, you agree to:
- Check the product at delivery
- Accept return eligibility as described above
- Avoid misuse of COD or courier handling
HelloSquare reserves the right to refuse returns if this policy is violated.
